The Long Lake golf course first opened in 1961. The course was designed by Ben Gray.

Nestled on the east side of Long Lake in St. David, Maine, the Long Lake Country Club is the only place in the St. John Valley where you can play golf while enjoying a beautiful view of Long Lake. This is a challenging course with small, undulating greens and mature trees. Every hole is surrounded by several bunkers. Water comes into play on seven holes.

The Long Lake golf course plays to a 9-hole par of 35 and a maximum 9-hole distance of 2,955 yards. The red tees play to 2,565 yarrds and a par-26.
